Far North Support is here to support you to understand and implement your National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) funding by:

• Helping you to understand your NDIS plan, find services and supports in your local area, and assist you to choose and connect with service providers
• Support you to explore and link with mainstream services and community supports
• Work with you to identify your needs and develop your goals for your future NDIS plans

We support Participants of the National Disability Scheme who reside in Cairns, Cassowary Coast, Douglas Shire, and Atherton Tablelands.

We are 100% Veteran owned and operated, with 22 years combined military service and 10 years combined community/ disability experience.
